Please be aware that I no longer run my practice out of Sharp as Steele in Crossfield.
I am now located out of my home in Bowden.
My residence consists of 70 acres surrounded by farms, livestock and various wild animals. Please be aware that hwy 587 is a wildlife corridor and there are wildlife on the highway very consistently.
Also, my home is a pet friendly home with 4 dogs and 2 cats. They are all friendly and will be put away during my scheduled work hours. Animals are never allowed into my treatment room.
I started my business The Hard Knot Ninja Massage Therapy in 2017 out of my home in Crossfield. One year later the business was doing so well I moved to Sharp As Steele Hair Design on Osler Ave. In November 2023 I decided to move my practice to my home just outside of Bowden.
I have chosen to specialize my practice and techniques to strictly therapeutic and deep tissue massage techniques, RAPID NFR, Dynamic Cupping therapy and Bioflex LLLT (Laser therapy) as I strongly believe in facilitating the body to allow for it to work at its most efficient.
After being diagnosed with stage 3 cancer in 2020, I went into radiation and chemotherapy and currently in remission but still dealing with long term side effects of both cancer treatments. My continued belief in living healthy life style I will continue to further my own education in massage therapy to allow for a greater understanding of conditions ailing the human body and how to treat them holistically.
I currently reside with my fantastic partner in crime (Corey), 2 of my children and too many four legged critters to count. In my off time I enjoy horse back riding, hobby farming, camping, fishing, archery, and other outdoor activities.
